Well child check ups...

Yesterday was a crazy day. We started out with Griffin going to preschool while Emily and I went to jazzercise. After that Travis & Griffin had a dentist appointment at 1pm (that went well, no cavities for either of them). Then Emily and I picked up Griffin from the dentist and went to Dr. White's for Griffin's 4 year and Emily's 15 month check-ups. Griffin went first and he did great, no shots for him but he gets to go see an ENT doc because his tonsils are so big and he snores so loud. I will update you on that after we see him on Jan 27th, hopefully we will be able to have them removed so that he can sleep better.

Emily was next, she weighed 33.9 pounds. So, she is still gaining weight (more than she should be at this stage). Her weight growth curve is no longer a curve, but a straight line up since her 9 month appt. So, now they are sending her to see a pediatric endocrinologist to see if there is a disorder or something that could attribute to her weight gain, since we have been trying to limit how much she eats, plus she is constantly on the move. Hopefully we will be able to figure it out soon, this doctor couldn't fit her in until March so keep your fingers crossed and we will keep you updated. Other than that she is meeting all of her milestones like she should. She has quite a list of words she says; Mama, Dada, bubby (Griffin), baby, ball, papa, kitty cat, bye-bye, hi & milk.
